The National Safety Council released a statement regarding President Trump’s signing of an executive order directing his attorney general to expedite the completion of the rescheduling process for cannabis. The move would reclassify cannabis as a less dangerous drug and expand opportunities for research however “….it must come with substantive risk mitigation,”
