In July of this year, ASSP introduced a new AI tool called Safety Trekr AI™, a powerful AI search tool
designed to deliver safety guidance from the trusted pages of the third edition of the Safety Professionals
Handbook.
Using this tool, you can easily access the latest workplace safety research and practical
applications from your mobile or desktop device. Some of the key benefits include finding
answers to your safety questions while on a job site, you can format your output into a checklist
to share with your team, you can turn that checklist into a quiz for your next Toolbox Talk, you
can research best practices and create safety plans efficiently and save time by finding actionable

At this time, Safety Trekr AI is a closed data set using only the third edition of the Safety
Professionals Handbook. Plans are being made to expand the closed data set to possibly include
other safety-related books and manuals and safety standards of which ASSP is the Secretariat.
