Wayne has more than thirty years in safety and health experience holding progressive positions. Wayne holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Occupational Safety and Health from Columbia Southern University, is nationally recognized as a Certified Safety Professional (CSP) and a Certified Instructional Trainer (CIT) and is a Professional Member of the American Society of Safety Professionals (ASSP). He is an adjunct Professor for Thiel College, and an Adjunct Instructor for the West Virginia Safety & Health Extension.

Mr. Vanderhoof has significant experience in the manufacturing, plastics, oil & gas, and construction industries.

Melissa is a safety and health consultant with more than 30 years of professional experience.  She holds a Master of Science degree in Safety Sciences from Indiana State University (IUP), is nationally recognized as a Certified Safety Professional (CSP), is a Professional Member of the American Society of Safety Professionals (ASSP), and a member of the National Safety Council – Ohio Board of Directors. She is an adjunct Professor for Thiel College, and an Adjunct Instructor for the West Virginia Safety & Health Extension.

Throughout her career, Melissa has provided comprehensive health and safety support and services in a variety of business settings including steel production, metal fabrication and finishing, chemical manufacturing, oil and gas upstream and midstream processes, manufacturing and construction.
